HUMAN RESOURCES & PAYROLL
Job Description: As an HR/Payroll Specialist at Empire Electrical Solutions Inc, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR functions. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while providing excellent support to our employees.
Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees.
Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, and compensation details.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

SKILLED ELECTRICIANS
Job Description: As an electrician at Empire Electrical Solutions Inc, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Complete electrical installation on new Mixed Use and Multi Family projects
Rough electrical completed in Romex type cable
Installation of devices and fixtures
Complete hot check of units and building systems
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
Collaborate with other team members and contractors.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid electrician license in CA preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
APPRENTICES
At this time we are not looking for any apprentice level electricians.
